Here at Nichatea, we definitely have another version for healthier you this summer. The taste is bright and tangy and perfect for refreshing drink on any hot day

Ingredients
Nicha Rouge (100% Roselle) 1-2 sachets
Sparkling Mineral Water 90ml
Water 50ml
Lemon or lime juice 1 tablespoon
Slice of citrus fruit to decorate
Stevia (if you like)
Ice as you like it
Preparations
Step 1::
Brew Nicha Rouge (100% roselle) in hot boiling water approximately 5-10minutes
Step 2::
Prepare the glass with ice and decorate with slice of citrus fruit (and maybe rosemary!) and pour over the mixture
Step 3::
Pour in sparkling water and pour in a dash of lemon or lime juice
