Originated in Italy and the name is speaking for itself ‘cooked cream’. Panna Cotta is a basic pudding made from dairy thickened with gelatin. They are wonderful with ripe red fruit. Ingredients
1-2 sachets Nicha Rouge (roselle)
½ cup Water
1-2 stick Cinnamon
½ cup Raspberry
2 cups Coconut Milk
1-2 tsp Erythritol
1 tbsp Agar Agar 1 tablespoon
1 ½ tsp Vanilla paste or extract
1 tsp Lime juice
Preparation
Step 1:
In a very small saucepan, heat in coconut milk over medium heat and sprinkle agar agar until the mixture is dissolved (approximately 3 minutes) and remove pan from heat
Step 2:
Stir in vanilla and erythritol and divide into half portion of 8 serving bowl (prefer ramekins) and cool in room temperature. It should take around an hour before chilling in the fridge
Step 3:
Making the source! Boil water in a saucepan and put nicha rouge tea in, steep for 5-10minutes, then put raspberry and cinnamon. Stir until they are thicken and remove pan from heat, put in lime juice and stir until combined
